In an effort to use up some of Aiden's seemingly endless supply of energy, as well as to develop his flexibility and fearlessness, we signed him up for swim lessons and gymnastics class.
He has done SO well in both and we are so proud of him. He loves going and has made lots of good friends.
Aiden has been extremely flexible since birth, so gymnastics seemed like the most obvious activity for him participate in at his age.
Months ago, we were watching the new Karate Kid and turned around to see Aiden full-on doing the splits! Then he started kicking and punching in the air. It was crazy how fast he was and how closely he imitated every move. We can't wait for him to turn 6 so we can get him into karate.
